New Routing in Red Rocks, Nevada

Back over the Christmas holiday we were out in Red Rocks, Nevada climbing in the desert sun.
Liz at Jane's Wall - RedRocks, Nevada.

We had hiked up to the Jane's Wall from the 2nd Pullout Parking area.
This wall is all sport climbing… Well until us Colorado Tradies showed up.

We climbed two probable new lines on either end of this wall.  I was hesitant to post them until we received some "possible" confirmation about whether they had been climbed before, or not.
Starting up our 5.8R route on the right side of Jane's Wall.

Looks like we nabbed the first ascents (FA)  or maybe the first recorded ascent (FRA)

Our trad lines flank the sport routes on either side of the wall.

After you turn the little roof feature there is no gear to the top!
We named the route after our friend Jay.  He had spent much
time in Red Rocks, and is known for his bold bolt-less ascents.

What's left of the sport.  5.8+
This route is fun!  Good cracks, face features, and stone make for a nice route.

Go climb a rock!
